Questions about shipping times and frequently asked questions about orders that might be taking a little bit longer than expected while in route.
How soon should I expect my order to ship?
We strive to ship all newly placed orders (non-pre-order items that have a specific release date) within one business day.
I placed my order on Saturday, why has it not shipped yet?
We normally ship orders on Saturdays as well, but orders that are placed after noon on Saturday often do not go out till the next business day (Monday)
If your order was shipped with UPS, it will not go out until the Monday morning UPS pick up.
I placed an order, but I still have not received my order information or tracking information, when should I expect it to ship?
This question often comes up when a customer uses an unintended email address, leading the order and tracking details to be sent to another address. Please check all your email accounts to see if you might have used a different address than usual.
My package was tracking, but it has not shown movement for awhile, is it lost?
We frequently encounter this question. If a package hasn't shown movement for several days (or even longer), it doesn't necessarily mean it's lost. We kindly ask for your patience, as 99.999% of packages reach their intended destination. We will investigate the tracking, but please note that we have access to the same tracking information as you and the USPS. Occasionally, unforeseen events occur, such as a truck breakdown, winter weather, hurricanes, tornadoes etc, which might delay your package. While these situations can happen, a lack of movement for a week doesn't mean the package is lost; it's just taking longer than expected.
What delivery times should I expect?
This is very difficult question to answer. Allthough we ship all of our orders out as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary. Some orders on the east coast arrive in 2-3 days, when some orders to the west coast, California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado sometimes take well over a week to arrive.
Please note, we are located in Pennsylvania, the further you are to us, the longer it will take.
If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please understand your order could take 2+ weeks to arrive.
Do you ever require signatures on orders?
We usually don't need signatures for most orders. However, for larger orders, generally over $1000, we cover the additional cost to require a signature. While it can be inconvenient for buyers to sometimes go to the post office to pick up a package if they miss the delivery, this measure ensures your package's safety.
My order has been shipped, but the tracking information indicates "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending".
This is the initial step in the shipping process. During our daily drop-off at the local USPS location, a form containing all our tracking numbers for the day is bulk scanned. The status "Shipment received, Package acceptance Pending" indicates that the package has been received at its initial location. As the package reaches its next destination, more tracking information will be updated soon, so please be patient. Particularly for packages dropped off on a Saturday, there will be no movement until they are dispatched by the USPS truck the following Monday.
My tracking says "delivered in at mailbox" but when i check my mailbox it was not there.
This can be a rather upsetting experience and we understand your frustration. This does happen, however not frequently. Normally this indicates one of a few options. Either your mail carrier accidentally scanned the item in to early. Sometimes the package was delivered to a neighbors house accidentally. Sometimes the package is to large for the mailbox so your postal carrier placed it in a different safer location possibly somewhere it would stay dry.
If the package does not show up after a few days, sometimes the package will get scanned in as delivered, but was delievered to a neighbors house and that person will drop it back off at the post office and a return to sender will be issued.
We kindly ask you to be patient, 99% of the time when a package is stated as delievered and you are unable to locate it, it does eventually show up within a few days.
