Brick and Mortar In Store Questions
We have compiled a list of questions some customers might have about their in store shopping experience at our brick and mortar location. We understand our store has become a shopping destination and experience so we wanted to give everyone a little heads up before they make the trip!
Is everything available on your website also available in store?
Absolutely everything! And beyond! We always keep the full Games Workshop paint line fully stocked, we also feature a Robust Vallejo Paint line. Over the years, we've expanded and are now providing an in-store experience unlike anything you've encountered before. Even if you're not planning to make a purchase, feel free to come in, explore the aisles, check out the entire Warhammer collection, and chat about Warhammer!
Is there always a staff member on hand who knows the hobby?
Absolutely! There's always an employee who is quite knowledgeable about some aspects of the hobby, whether it's list building, painting, lore, or collecting. Not every employee excels in each category, but you will always receive assistance or be advised to return when another employee, who might be more knowledgeable on a specific topic, is available. For example, asking me, Noah, for painting tips wouldn't be very helpful since I'm not a great painter!
Does your brick and mortar sell used items?
We do sell "some". Most of our pre-owned items in the store are clearance items, returns, or products with special pricing due to dented boxes. We receive many products that are perfectly sellable but arrive with dents, making them less attractive, so we pass those savings on to you.
I am traveling to the Poconos or Jim Thorpe for the weekend, how close is your store?
We are situated just about 10 minutes from Jim Thorpe. Over time, we have established a dependable annual customer base consisting of individuals with vacation homes or those who take yearly trips to the Poconos, staying in Airbnb accommodations to enjoy the lakes or visit the numerous ski slopes in the area. While we have many loyal local customers, it’s also wonderful to see the same vacationers who visit our store each year during their trips to the Pocono Mountains!
Do you have a public restroom and is it ADA approved?
Yes! Our store was built and approved to be ADA accessible and follows all state mandated requirements!
